Acceptance

By requesting a brief, paying a deposit, or using this website you agree to these terms between you and RidgeCore Service Ltd (“RidgeCore Service”, “we”, “us”).

Services

We provide professional conversion reporting, funnel diagnostic reviews, and monthly briefings as described on this site. Deliverables and timelines are confirmed in a written fee outline before work starts. Pricing on the site is informational only.

Client responsibilities

You confirm you have the right to share the trading data you send us and that exports do not include payment card numbers or unnecessary personal data. Delays in providing complete files extend delivery dates.

Intellectual property

Draft and final report packs remain our copyright until invoices are paid in full. After payment you receive a licence to use the pack inside your organisation for commercial decision-making. You may not resell our charts as a standalone product.

Liability

We prepare analyses from the data you supply. We are not liable for commercial decisions you take after receiving a pack. Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections if you contract as a consumer.
