Client stories
Notes from retailers who commissioned conversion reporting and funnel reviews with RidgeCore Service.
We sent three months of Shopify orders after a flat Christmas. RidgeCore’s conversion pack showed gift-wrap upsells were blocking mobile checkout on evenings. Removing the forced step lifted paid orders on phones without touching desktop.
The funnel diagnostic on our returns-heavy category was useful, though I wished they had more Amazon matching fields in the first draft. After we supplied ASINs they rebuilt the chart and the gap versus own-site conversion became obvious.
Monthly briefings keep our buying meeting honest. Charts arrive the Monday before we lock media spend, with notes on which sizes stalled after a price test.
Extended story: outdoor kit relaunch
A Peak District outdoor brand commissioned a conversion reporting engagement ahead of spring relaunch. Exports covered January–March across own site and one marketplace. The pack highlighted that waterproof trousers converted strongly from organic search but lost shoppers after the care-instructions accordion opened automatically on mobile.
Their content team collapsed the accordion to a short tip line and moved full care text lower. In the following six weeks, mobile conversion on that category rose enough that they kept the change for the full season. RidgeCore Service did not rewrite the copy — the brief stopped at the annotated chart and action list, which is where the client wanted the line drawn.
