Data we collect

Contact form fields: name, email, optional brief type, and message content
Correspondence and invoices related to commissioned work
Trading files you upload for an engagement (processed under contract; we ask you to minimise personal data)

Purposes & lawful bases

We process enquiry data to respond to brief requests (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract) and engagement data to deliver contracted reporting (performance of contract). Invoice records are kept to meet legal accounting duties.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement files are retained for 36 months after final delivery unless a longer period is agreed in writing. Accounting records follow statutory periods.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

International transfers

We store data on UK or EEA hosts where practicable. If a transfer outside those regions is required, we use an appropriate safeguard such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

We use email and hosting providers as processors under written terms. We do not sell personal data.
